The Carlisle Area Newcomers Club cordially welcomes you to the Carlisle Community.  Although we are called the Carlisle Area Newcomers Club, we are a social club for all Carlisle Area Women.  Our club helps women become acquainted with the community and to form new and lasting friendships.
