        Meetings are held at 7:00 pm at 2nd Presbyterian Church except where otherwise noted.

September 18, 2007   Annual Friendship Reception (Introduction of activities, officers, & programs)

September 29, 2007   Annual Kickoff reception & social mixer (6:00 pm -- BYOB & appetizer!)

October 16, 2007   "The Eyes Have It" presented by Kathleen Hartzell Rupp, M.D., Opthamologist 

November 13, 2007   "Stars in Your Eyes" Dickinson Planetarium

December 1, 2007   Holiday Progressive Dinner  at various homes (5:00 pm)

January 15, 2008   "Civil War Medicine Trunk"  presented by Janeal Jaroh, Education Curator
                                for the Cumberland County Historical Society (CCHS) (at CCHS on High
                                Street, Carlisle -- special meeting time of 1:00 pm preceded by lunch 
                                at Amy's Thai Restaurant at 12:00 noon)

February 19, 2008   "China"  See China through the eyes of Dusty Knisley (special meeting
                                  time of 1:00 pm preceded by lunch (bring your own sandwich -- we'll
                                 provide the soup!) at 12:00 pm at 2nd Presbyterian Church)

March 17, 2008   "Dancing with the Dogs" presented by the Steppin' Woofs of the Fieldwood
                             Dog Training Center 

April 15, 2008   "Container Gardening" at the Cumberland County Service Center - presented by 
                           Annette MaCoy, Penn State Master Gardener, Cumberland County Cooperative
                           Extension   

May 6, 2008   Memorial Service at 7:00 pm at the Carlisle Regional Cancer Center, 25 Sprint Drive

May 20, 2008    Installation Dinner at 5:30 pm at the Letort View Community Center at Carlisle Barracks
                          ($25.00 per person)
